2026 Staples Medallion Hunt Official Rules
- The medallion is located within Staples city limits and is on public property.
- The medallion is NOT BURIED or inside a building.
- No one can start searching for the medallion before the first clue is posted on Monday, August 17 at 9am. Anyone searching for the medallion prior to the first posting will be disqualified.
- Destruction of any property is not necessary and will not be allowed.
- Anyone can participate in the hunt except: Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union employees, volunteers and their families.
- The finder of the medallion wins $500.
- There will be a maximum of five clues. They will be posted daily by 9:00 a.m. on this webpage, Facebook page, YouTube page, OR can be picked up at Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union's Staples Branch. Clues will not be given over the phone.
- The Finder of the medallion must present the medallion to staff at Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union during business hours for verification of the medallion.
- If the medallion is not turned in by Friday, August 21 at 5pm, Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union reserves the right to terminate the hunt and turn prize money over to charity.
