- Do I need to continue to apply for positions or will my application be considered for future positions?
In some instances, our recruiter may reach out to you if they see a fit for you somewhere else within MMFCU. However, to ensure you are being reconsidered, we recommend to re-apply if you are interested in another role.
- How should I prepare for my interview?
Congrats! You’ve made it this far. Do your research on MMFCU, dress for the occasion, be prepared to share about your prior work experiences, and lastly, be yourself!
If you are preparing for a video interview: Log in ahead of time to test the software out to avoid any technical difficulties. Make sure to test your speakers, microphone and video. If you need additional assistance, reach out to our recruiter to set up a time to test or troubleshoot.
- I am interested, how do I apply?
Submit an application on our careers page. Enter the keyword of the position you are looking for and select “Search for Jobs”. If you want to see all of our current openings, leave the keyword and drop downs blank and select “Search for Jobs.”
- I have applied for a position, what happens next?
Our hiring team will review your application and our recruiter will follow up with you directly if they would like to move forward with your application.
- What if there are no positions available that I am interested in right now, but I am interested in working at MMFCU in the future?
Go to our careers page and select the tab “Notify Me About Future Openings”. Enter the details and select “Notify Me”.
- What is the interview process?
If you are selected, our recruiter will set up a time to learn more about you and answer any questions via phone. You may receive an assessment to complete at home. If you are chosen to take next steps in the interview process, we will set up a face-to-face or video interview with additional questions.
- Will I receive notification if I am not chosen as a candidate?
