Board of Directors

The Board of Directors are unpaid volunteers from our communities who take on fiduciary responsibility in setting the direction of credit union policy and much more. Ultimately, the Board of Directors governs and regulates the direction and choices made by the credit union Executive Management Team. The Board of Directors hold a three-year term at which time they are up for reelection.

Supervisory Committee

The primary function of your Supervisory Committee is to regularly audit all facets of the credit union, including financial management, administration, and operational practices. These volunteer members play an important role in our direction, ensuring the safety and security of your credit union funds. The Supervisory committee members hold a three-year term at which time they are reappointed.

Community Advisory Council

Credit unions are community organizations, formed and owned by our members. Keeping with this tradition, Mid Minnesota has formed Community Advisory Councils. Technology Advisory Committee

Technology touches all of our lives, especially when it comes to our finances and how we access our money. Mid Minnesota is always looking for ways to enhance our member’s experience. We’d like your help in doing so on our Technology Advisory Committee.

Due to the ever-changing landscape of technology and the impact it has on how personal finances are handled; having a diverse group of members will likely provide valuable information. The main purpose of the Technology Advisory Committee is to participate in conversations with MMFCU management, make recommendations on current digital services, discuss obstacles challenging you, and help with the future needs of our technology-savvy members.
