Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union today announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire the Clarissa, MN branch of Unity Bank, subject to regulatory approval. The transaction is expected to be completed prior to the end of 2026.
This acquisition reflects Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union's continued commitment to expanding its presence and strengthening relationships in the communities it serves.

Following the completion of the transaction, Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union will continue to operate the branch location, integrating it into its network while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and community engagement.
