Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union (MMFCU) recently appointed Kim Bolz-Andolshek and Debby Erickson from its Supervisory Committee to the Board of Directors. MMFCU's Board of Directors are unpaid volunteers who take on a fiduciary responsibility in setting the direction of credit union policy. Bolz-Andolshek is Vice President of Sales at LinkIt!, a K-12 educational software company that focuses on leveraging data to drive educational decisions and driving the improvement of student performance. She also has served 20 years as an elected official on the Pequot Lakes School Board. In this seat she has driven policy, budget decisions, and oversight of the Pequot Lakes School District. Kim has been a resident of the Brainerd Lakes Area most of her life, raising three children. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, the lake and cooking. "I look forward to building on the rich culture of being community oriented," Bolz-Andolshek said. "MMFCU's desire to constantly look for ways to serve member owners connects well with my drive for improvement, growth and community."

Erickson is currently the Administrative Services Director at Crow Wing County leading the areas of finance, technology, elections, facilities, and human resources. She volunteers in the community serving on the Brainerd Public Schools Foundation Board, Brainerd Rotary Club, St. Mathias Church Finance Council, and Minnesota Association of County Officers. Debby lives in Brainerd with her husband and son. She enjoys being outdoors in all seasons and is an avid Minnesota sports fan. "I have been a member since my early childhood and served on the Supervisory Committee since 2017. The Credit Union's Mission to provide resources to improve financial well-being and core values including ‘Sense of Community' resonate with me. I am looking forward to serving in this new role," said Erickson.
