Whether you are due for a vacation or need to take some family or medical leave, MMFCU provides you with an opportunity for time away.
MMFCU has Paid Time Off (PTO), which is an all-purpose time-off policy for regular full time and regular part time employees. Use your time for vacation, illnesses or injuries, and personal business. It is your time, spend it how you want to!
New staff will start accruing 15 days of PTO per year; plus the 10 1/2 paid holidays and 8 hours of PTO for your personal holiday - Your Birthday!
MMFCU also recognizes all of the major federal holidays with holiday time off! Spend time with your family and friends during the holidays!
We recognize the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- President's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day
- Veterans' Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve (Offices close at 1:00pm)
- Christmas Day
Mid Minnesota also recognizes those other unplanned times in life and we offer other time away options like: Bereavement Leave, Jury Duty pay, short term disability - Salary Replacement Plan, long term disability and family or medical leave.
