Secure Access - MFA Protection Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) provides added protection against fraud and identity theft when logging in to your MMFCU PC Teller account. In addition to your password, five extra layers of security exist – a Security Code, Security Questions, a Security Image, and options for a Login Nickname and Computer Registration.
When you visit your local Mid-Minnesota office you know our faces and we know yours. The PC Teller MFA Security does the same thing over the internet. When you enroll, you will provide personal information that will be difficult for potential fraudsters to guess or find out. This information will be used to identify you to us. We will also provide a Security Image so you can be sure you are using our site and not an imposter site made to look like ours.
Of course, since this security is used when you log into PC Teller, that means it is also protecting your E-Statements and Bill Pay access as well.

Download Information Download up to 90 days of transaction history into popular personal finance software - Microsoft Money or Quicken. In addition, history can be saved as a comma delimited file for use in common spreadsheet or word processing programs.
Download Transactions Multiple types of downloading features are offered to PC Teller users, enabling the transfer of transaction history information to your personal computer.
- Downloading transactions into a .qif (Quicken Interchange Format) file for importing into most Personal Financial Manager applications (such as Quicken or older version of MS Money)
- Downloading transactions into a comma delimited file for importing into a spreadsheet or word processing application
- Downloading transactions into an .ofc (Open Financial Connectivity) file for importing into Microsoft® Money 98 or 99
How to Download
- When viewing account history in PC Teller, click on the ‘Download’ icon the button to initiate the download.
- You will be prompted with a dialog box asking which file format you want to use and if you are downloading a range of dates, or just the new transactions since the last download. If there is no available history to download, a message will be displayed.
- You will then be prompted for saving the downloaded file to disk, or to open the file using the appropriate application. The screen displayed will depend on the type of Browser that you are using. The next prompt gives you the option of starting the Microsoft Money application.
- If ‘Yes’ is selected, Microsoft Money will be started and you will be prompted for which account to import the transactions into. The new items will appear in the account’s transaction history in Microsoft Money.
- If ‘No’ is selected, Microsoft Money will save the file. The next time you access Money, the file will be imported and you will be prompted for which account to add the transactions to.
- For Quicken and Excel transactions, it is recommended that the download be saved to disk.
- Save the file to disk
Once the file is downloaded, you can start the appropriate application and import the file.
Troubleshooting – Setting up Files Types for Statement/Transaction Download If you find that a request for a Statement Download writes the data directly to the Browser screen, instead of prompting to save the file or open the application, then the File Types .qif, .csv and .ofc are not being recognized and need to be set up. For Windows 95/98, use the following instructions:
- Access Start, Programs, and Windows Explorer.
- Select View, Options.
- Select the File Types tab.
- Select the New Type button.
- Enter the description of the File Type, such as “Microsoft Money Download File,” “Quicken Download File” or “Excel Download File.”
- Enter the corresponding file type extension:
- ofc -- Microsoft Money format
- qif -- Quicken format
- csv -- Excel format
- Enter the corresponding Content Type (MIME):
- application/x-msmoney Microsoft Money
- application/x-qw Quicken
- application/x-excel Excel
- Select the New button.
- Enter the word OPEN in the action line, then Browse your computer for the location of the corresponding program file, i.e. Microsoft Money, Quicken or Excel.
- Click OK. You will be returned to the previous screen.
- Click OK. The file type is now set up.
