24-Hour Account Access by Touchtone Phone Do your credit union business by touchtone telephone, 24 hours a day. With Phone Teller, you’ll be able to get balance information, verify deposits, find out if checks have cleared, even make withdrawals and transfers!
Best of all, PHONE TELLER is a free service of your credit union. Your phone call is toll-free, from anywhere in the U.S. Below is a complete set of Phone Teller instructions and service options:
STEP 1
- Call 218-829-1455 locally or 1-800-325-7881.
- To use PHONE TELLER, press “3”
- Enter your account number and the first two letters of your last name, followed by the # key.
- Enter your four digit personal identification number (PIN), followed by the # key. (First time users must enter the primary member’s social security number, then will be allowed to assign a PIN.)
STEP 2 Remember, Phone Teller will prompt you through each of these steps, so it is not imperative that you have this information when you dial in.
