24-Hour Account Access by Touchtone Phone
Do your credit union business by touchtone telephone, 24 hours a day. With Phone Teller, you’ll be able to get balance information, verify deposits, find out if checks have cleared, even make withdrawals and transfers!

Best of all, PHONE TELLER is a free service of your credit union. Your phone call is toll-free, from anywhere in the U.S.  Below is a complete set of Phone Teller instructions and service options:

STEP 1

  • Call 218-829-1455 locally or 1-800-325-7881.
  • To use PHONE TELLER, press “3”
  • Enter your account number and the first two letters of your last name, followed by the # key.
  • Enter your four digit personal identification number (PIN), followed by the # key. (First time users must enter the primary member’s social security number, then will be allowed to assign a PIN.)

STEP 2
Remember, Phone Teller will prompt you through each of these steps, so it is not imperative that you have this information when you dial in.

1 - For specific account information (enter account type)

2 - For account balances

  • 1 - Savings/Checking
  • 2 - Loans
  • 3 - Certificates/Term Share Accounts
  • 4 - All Accounts
  • * - To escape from this option

3 - For cleared checks, deposits, withdrawal information (enter account type)

  • 1 - For cleared check information
  • 2 - For deposit information
  • 3 - For withdrawal information
  • 4 - To inquire if a specific check has cleared
  • 5 - All transaction history
  • * - To escape this option

4 - For interest or dividend information (enter account type)

  • 1 - For interest/dividends paid this year
  • 2 - For date/amount of the last dividend paid
  • 3 - For interest/dividends paid last year
  • * - To escape this option

5 - For loan information (enter account type)

  • 1 - For loan information (enter account type)
  • 2 - For loan payoff
  • 3 - Check loan rates
  • * - To escape this option

6 - For current payroll information

  • * - To escape this option

7 - For tax information

  • 1 - Interest/dividends paid this year and tax withholding
  • 2 - Interest/dividends paid last year and tax withholding
  • * - To escape this option

2 - To Transfer Funds
1 - To transfer funds within the same membership number

2 - To transfer funds to a different member’s account

  • * - To escape from this option

3 - To Withdraw Funds
1 - Request a check for yourself

  • * - To escape this option

4 - To Leave a Voice-Mail Message for the Credit Union

  • * - To escape this option

5 - For Other Services
1 - To change your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
2 - To estimate a loan payment
3 - Stop payment on one or more checks
4 - Order new checks
5 - Request copies of cleared checks
6 - To report a lost or stolen ATM/Debit Card
7 - To report a lost or stolen Credit Card
8 - To enter or update your phone number
